If I exceeded the hours of Internet usage allotted to my Internet Subscription Plan, how would you charge me?

>> You will be charged a full month's subscription fee and an excess usage per minute charge. Thus, the computation will be: Total Amount = [subscription fee per month] + [excess minutes X excess fee per minute].

How will you bill me on my usage for the succeeding months?

>> You will be charged based on your subscription plan. Your account shall be charged a subscription fee monthly regardless of whether or not you were able to use the Internet usage hours allotted to your Internet Subscription Plan.

When is my billing cut-off date?

>> Starting February 14, 2001, our new cut-off dates will be the 7th, 14th, 21st, or 28th of each month.

If you subscribed on the 29th, 30th, 31st, 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, or 7th day of the month you are given the cut-off date 7. For cut-off date of 14, these are the clients who subscribed on the 8th, 9th, 10th, 11th, 12th, 13th, or 14th day of the month. Cut-off 21 includes clients subscribed on the 15th, 16th, 17th, 18th, 19th, 20th, or 21st of the month. And for those who subscribed on the 22nd, 23rd, 24th, 25th, 26th, 27th, or 28th day of the month are given the cut-off date of 28.

Listed below are the cut-off dates and their corresponding days to help you understand the abovementioned statements.

If a subscriber happens to activate their account on the day before the cut-off date those days will be charged to their account. Charging will always start on the activation date. For example, if a client subscribed on Jan. 29, the cut-off date falls on the 7th of February. In this case, the client will only be charged one month subscription fee from January 29 to March 6. This will be considered as his first month bill and if he has an exces usage, it will be charged to his account according to his subscribed plan.

I logged in at 11:30 p.m. on March 7 and logged out at 12:45 a.m. on March. On which day shall this usage be credited?

>> It will be credited on March 7. Tri-Isys Internet computes the duration of your login after you have logged out.

I paid my bill on February 5. Would this transaction be posted on that same day?

>> No! Posting of payment will be 4 - 7 days after depositing thru Metrobank or 2 - 4 days if payment was made thru our main office.
